Q: Can you quote me prices for furniture that I am interested in purchasing?
A: Darush is not able to quote you prices for furniture directly. To insure that you have the very best local service and attention, we have established a network of qualified dealers throughout the United States to work directly with customers who wish to purchase our furniture. This relationship guarantees that you will have access to our products and give you an additional customer service support system through both the dealer and from us. Because each dealer may offer special discounts at their discretion, we could not possibly give you pricing on our products that would accurately reflect your dealer's retail pricing.

Q: How can I obtain catalogs?
A: You can contact us through our contact form, however our most up to date assortment and information is available on our website.

Q: Where can I find a manufacturer suggested retail price for the furniture I am interested in?
A: Darush provides a very competitively priced product and therefore does not preset a "Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price". Individual dealers establish their own prices. Click here for a dealer in your area.

Q:When will my order be delivered?
A: Darush can deliver most furniture to most locations within 1-8 weeks of you purchasing it at a store.

Q: How can I check on product, color and/or fabric availability? Also, how can I determine if a color , or fabric is available on a specific style of furniture?
A: Most of this information is listed on the product detail page, however should you require additional information, please feel free to submit an inquiry through our contact form or ask your local dealer. Q: How can I find out the dimensions of the furniture I am interested in?
A: Each product on our web site is represented with dimensions . However, if there is a configuration option or product you are interested in that is not represented click here to inquire .

Q: Do you have a SHOWROOM where I can see the furniture?

Q: Where can I send a concern or a complaint about my furniture?
You can send them via our contact form. If you would like to send a written complaint please mail your letter to Darush. - 220 Passaic Street - Passaic NJ 07055. Attn: Customer Relations.

Q: What is the warranty on your products, parts, motorized mechanism, seating, etc.?
A: Our entire product line come’s with a 1-year in-home manufacturers warranty.

Q: Do you offer an extended protection plan or warranty for your furniture?
A: Many of our local dealers offer extended protection plans and warranty programs on our products so please inquire.

Q: Who do I contact with concerns regarding my furniture after my warranty expires?
A: You can always contact us at the number located on the top left corner of the Bill of Lading you received from us at the time of delivery. You can also submit a request through the contact us form and a customer service rep will contact you to assist with your inquiry. Try to have the product name and model number or your original order number to reference and provide it to the customer service agent.

Q: Are there other styles and colors available?

A: Each product reflects the colors and finishes available for that model. However, if you have a specific need please feel free to contact us and we will try to work with yoru specifications to the best of our ability.

Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: Darush offers one of the largest in home White Glove Delivery Program’s in the industry.. Once you place your order, our customer relations staff will contact you to confirm your order and schedule your furniture delivery date. Then at least one business day prior to delivery, you will receive a 4 hour time window. Upon delivery, your furniture is unwrapped and placed in the location you specify, it is then installed assuring that all doors and drawers are properly aligned.

Q: Will my furniture be assembled for me?
A: Our furniture are delivered and installed with our White-Glove In-Home Delivery service unless otherwise requested or specified.

Q: Can you deliver outside the United States?
A: Unfortunately at the moment, we are only able to deliver within the 48 continental United States. However if you do have a special need, we can work with a local shipping agent to arrange for transportation anywhere in the world.
