Once you place your order, our customer relations staff will contact you to confirm your order and schedule your furniture delivery date. Then at least one business day prior to delivery, you will receive a 4 hour time window. Upon delivery, your furniture is unwrapped and placed in the location you specify, it is then installed assuring that all doors and drawers are properly aligned.
